**Belagavi Police Arrest Three More in Alleged Gang Rape Case; Unregistered Resort Under Scrutiny**
**Belagavi, India – May 23, 2025** – Belagavi police have arrested three more individuals, including a minor, in connection with the alleged gang rape of a minor girl. The child, who is in conflict with the law, is reportedly the son of a police officer. This brings the total number of accused to five, with three of them being minors.
Rohan Patil and Ashutosh Patil, operators of an unregistered resort where the alleged assault occurred, have been remanded to judicial custody and sent to Hindalga jail. The three minors have been placed in the district rehabilitation home.
The arrests follow an initial complaint filed by the victim’s mother, who discovered the alleged offense after the girl complained of stomach pain. Two minors were previously arrested in the case.
