**Hyderabad, May 22, 2025** – Just a month after its theatrical release, the Telugu comedy-thriller “Sarangapani Jatakam” is reportedly heading to Amazon Prime Video, with streaming expected to begin tonight at midnight. While an official announcement is yet to be made, online buzz suggests the film will be available to Prime subscribers starting tonight.

Directed by Indraganti Mohana Krishna, “Sarangapani Jatakam” stars Priyadarshi and Roopa Koduvayur in lead roles, with supporting performances by VK Naresh, Tanikella Bharani, Avasarala Srinivas, Vennela Kishore, and Viva Harsha. The film, which hit theaters on April 25th, has been praised for its humor, suspenseful elements, and explores the potential pitfalls of blindly trusting astrology.

The movie revolves around Sarangapani (Priyadarshi), a man obsessed with astrology, and his relationship with Mythili (Roopa Koduvayur), whom he meets and falls in love with at the car showroom where he works. Their engagement takes a turn when an astrologer predicts Sarangapani will commit a murder. Fearing Mythili will be branded as the wife of a murderer, Sarangapani plans to commit a preemptive killing. The film explores how his friends, Chandu (Vennela Kishore) and Viva Harsha, assist with the murder plot.
