Tue May 20 04:30:00 UTC 2025: **Zen Technologies Shares Soar on Defence Sector Rally and Strong Earnings**

Mumbai, May 13, 2025 – Shares of Zen Technologies (BSE: [hypothetical ticker]), a leading Indian defence training systems and anti-drone solutions provider, have experienced a significant surge of 41% over the past seven trading sessions. The rally, fueled by a broader uptrend in the defence sector, strong fourth-quarter earnings, and optimism surrounding future orders for its anti-drone systems from the Indian armed forces, has propelled the stock to new heights.

On Monday, Zen Technologies closed at Rs 1884.85 on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE), a 5% increase from its previous close. The company’s market capitalization has reached Rs 17,014 crore, reflecting investor confidence.

The company’s remarkable growth is also highlighted by its longer-term performance, with the stock gaining 460.60% in the last two years and an impressive 4582% over the past five years.

Analysts attribute the recent gains to a strong technical breakout. “Zen Technologies has shown a strong breakout, backed by robust volumes and bullish technical indicators,” said Ameya Ranadive, Sr Technical Analyst at StoxBox. “The stock appears poised to retest its previous highs, with a sustained move above Rs 2,000 potentially opening the door to targets in the range of Rs 2,100–2,150.”

The company’s Q4 results further solidified investor sentiment. Zen Technologies reported a consolidated net profit of Rs 101 crore, a substantial 189% increase compared to Rs 34.94 crore in the same period last year. Revenue from operations also surged, climbing 129.8% to Rs 324.97 crore.

Mandar Bhojane, Equity Research Analyst at Choice Broking, emphasized the stock’s bullish trajectory. “If it manages to close above the key psychological level of Rs 1900, the rally is likely to extend towards Rs 2200 and Rs 2400 in the short term,” he said.

While analysts remain largely positive, some caution that the stock’s Relative Strength Index (RSI) has reached overbought levels, suggesting a potential pullback. Despite this, overall market sentiment remains optimistic.

Zen Technologies specializes in designing, developing, and manufacturing defense training systems based on sensors and simulators technology. Its product portfolio includes land-based military training simulators, driving simulators, live range equipment, and anti-drone systems. The company’s Anti-Drone System (ZADS) is gaining traction, offering drone detection, classification, tracking, and neutralization capabilities.
