**ZEN Technologies Soars on Explosive Q4 Growth, Eyes ₹6,000 Crore Order Book**

**Hyderabad, May 19, 2025** – Shares of Indian anti-drone systems manufacturer ZEN Technologies Ltd. (ZEN:NSE) surged to their 5% upper circuit at ₹1,884.45 today following the release of its impressive Q4 and full-year financial results. The company’s net profit skyrocketed by 200% year-over-year (YoY) in Q4, while revenue increased by 130% YoY.

ZEN Technologies reported a Q4 revenue of ₹325 crore, a significant jump from ₹141 crore in Q4FY24 and ₹152 crore in Q3FY25. Net profit for the quarter reached ₹114 crore, up from ₹38 crore in Q4FY24 and ₹43 crore in Q3FY25. The company’s market capitalization stands at ₹17,014.77 crore.

The company attributed its strong performance to robust demand for its training simulators and anti-drone systems. For the full financial year 2024-25, ZEN Technologies recorded a 121% increase in revenue, reaching ₹974 crore compared to ₹440 crore in the previous year. Net profit surged by 130% to ₹299 crore, up from ₹130 crore.

ZEN Technologies’ board has recommended a final dividend of 200%, or ₹2 per equity share of ₹1 each. Looking ahead, ZEN Technologies aims to build an order book of ₹6,000 crore between FY26 and FY28, targeting a 50% compound annual growth rate (CAGR). The company reaffirmed its guidance of securing ₹800 crore in orders during the first half of FY26.

ZEN Technologies is also strategically increasing its R&D spending to ₹50-60 crore annually while maintaining strong financial targets, including an EBITDA margin of 35% and a PAT margin of 25%. The company plans to align the margins of its acquired naval simulation business with its core operations by FY28, capitalizing on global demand. A key growth driver is the company’s integrated air defense combat simulator for the L70 gun, supported by a ₹150 crore order, which has significant export potential given its use in 40-50 countries.

As of today, ZEN Technologies has a diversified order book totaling ₹691.94 crore, comprising ₹616.37 crore in domestic orders and ₹75.57 crore in exports. This includes ₹503.81 crore for training simulators and ₹188.13 crore for anti-drone systems.

ZEN Technologies Ltd. designs, develops, and manufactures defense training systems based on sensors and simulator technology. Its products include land-based military training simulators, driving simulators, live range equipment, and anti-drone systems.
