**KOCHI, INDIA (May 12, 2025)** – Cochin Shipyard Limited (CSL) and Drydocks World, a DP World company, have signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to significantly enhance India’s ship repair and offshore fabrication capabilities. The agreement, announced today, follows a visit by a Drydocks World delegation to CSL’s facilities, including their new 310-meter dry dock. The partnership aims to leverage the combined expertise of both companies to strengthen India’s maritime sector. The MoU was signed in the presence of DP World’s Group Chairman and CEO, Sultan Ahmed bin Sulayem, and CSL’s Chairman and Managing Director, Madhu S. Nair.
