**New Delhi, May 10, 2025** – India and Pakistan are experiencing a significant escalation in border tensions, with Pakistan launching multiple cross-border attacks using drones and small arms fire throughout Friday evening. The attacks targeted several sectors in Jammu and Kashmir, including Uri, Kupwara, Poonch, and Nowshera. The Indian armed forces responded swiftly and effectively to these attacks.
The heightened tensions led to blackouts and the sounding of sirens in several Indian cities, including Jaisalmer, Uri, Panchkula (Haryana), and Firozpur (Punjab).
