**Tokyo, Japan –** A knife attack on a Tokyo subway train during Wednesday evening’s rush hour left two men injured, according to police and media reports. A 43-year-old suspect was apprehended at Todaimae Station immediately following the incident.
The suspect allegedly slashed a man in his 20s on the head and a man in his 30s on the finger. Passengers swiftly subdued the attacker before authorities arrived. While injuries are not considered life-threatening, both victims received medical attention. Train services were temporarily suspended for a safety inspection.
