**Chennai, India/Various Locations** – Chennai Super Kings (CSK) have signed Gujarat wicketkeeper-batter Urvil Patel as a replacement for the injured Vansh Bedi for the upcoming IPL season. Patel recently made headlines by scoring a century off just 28 balls in the Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy. He played for the Gujarat Titans in 2023.
In other news, Hyderabad has selected Harsh Dubey to replace Smaran Ravichandran. Dubey was named Player of the Tournament in the Ranji Trophy, taking 69 wickets and scoring 476 runs for Vidarbha.
