**Los Angeles, CA** – The Los Angeles Rams have added depth to their receiving corps, signing free agent wide receiver Britain Covey to a one-year contract, the team announced today. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Covey, a former Philadelphia Eagle, spent three seasons in the NFL. In 2022, he played in 17 games as an undrafted rookie, followed by 16 games in 2023. Injuries limited his appearances to five games in 2024. He also contributed on special teams, averaging 11.6 yards per punt return and 21.5 yards per kickoff return throughout his career. In his career, he accumulated 11 receptions for 76 yards and participated in four postseason games with the Eagles.
The Rams are hoping Covey’s versatility and experience will provide a valuable addition to their offense and special teams units.
