Tue May 06 06:30:00 UTC 2025: ## MP Board 10th Result 2025 Declared: Government Schools Outshine Private Institutions
**Bhopal, May 6, 2025** – The Madhya Pradesh Board of Secondary Education (MPBSE) announced the highly anticipated Class 10 results today, May 6, 2025. Students can access their results through the official websites mpbse.nic.in and mpresults.nic.in using their roll number and application number. The results are also available on Jansatta, Indian Express Education, and via SMS.
This year’s results show a remarkable trend: government schools outperformed private institutions across the state, indicating improvements in public education standards. Pragya Jaiswal secured a perfect score of 500 out of 500, topping the state. Other top performers include Priyal Dwivedi (Science with Math) and Gargi Agarwal (Science with Biology).
The overall pass percentage for Class 10 was 76.22%, while Class 12 recorded a 74.48% pass rate. Narsinghpur district achieved the highest pass percentage in both Class 10 and 12.
Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav, while announcing the results, revealed plans to conduct MP Board exams twice a year starting next year. Discussions are underway to schedule these exams approximately six months apart, potentially around July-August, although no official schedule has been confirmed yet.
Students are advised to keep their roll numbers and application numbers handy to avoid last-minute issues. Any discrepancies in the marksheet, such as incorrect spellings or dates of birth, should be reported to school authorities for correction. The MPBSE mobile app also allows students to check their results.
The MPBSE emphasizes that the online scorecards are provisional; students must collect their original mark sheets from their respective schools. Class 10 pass-outs will now need to select their academic stream for further studies – Science, Commerce, Arts, or vocational courses – and seek guidance from academic advisors or career counselors.
