**Seoul, South Korea** – A week of cloudy skies and scattered rain showers is predicted across South Korea from May 5th to 11th, according to the Korea Meteorological Administration (KMA).
Early in the week (May 5th-6th), light rain is expected nationwide, with a higher chance of precipitation in the central and southern regions, including Jeju Island. While some areas may experience periods of lighter rain, the KMA expects the heaviest rainfall in the southern regions and Jeju Island, with accumulated rainfall ranging from 5mm to 20mm. Central and northern regions are expected to see less than 5mm of rainfall.
Wednesday (May 7th) will see nationwide cloud cover, clearing up gradually in the early morning. Thursday (May 8th) and Saturday (May 10th) are expected to be mostly cloudy.
