**Moscow, May 3, 2025** – The mayor of Novorossiysk, Russia, declared a state of emergency following a reported Ukrainian drone attack on Saturday. At least five people, including two children, were injured and residential buildings sustained damage. Mayor Andrei Kravchenko, in a Telegram post showing him surveying the damage, stated that one woman is hospitalized in serious condition. Ukraine has yet to officially comment on the incident, which comes after Russia launched a large-scale drone and missile attack on Ukraine overnight. The attack involved 183 drones and two ballistic missiles, according to the Ukrainian air force.
