Pakistan’s Chief of Army Staff, General Asim Munir, convened an emergency meeting of corps commanders at the General Headquarters (GHQ) in Rawalpindi. While the subsequent statement reiterated Pakistan’s condemnation of attacks on its sovereignty and declared its military’s readiness, it also leveled accusations against India.
