**CHENNAI, April 22, 2025** – Chennai police announced the arrest of four individuals on Sunday, April 20th, for allegedly possessing methamphetamine with intent to distribute. Acting on a tip, Vepery police officers monitored a lodge and apprehended Balaji (34), Mohammed Suhail Hussain (23), Mohammed Ahamadullah (25), and Mohammed Yusuf (35). The subsequent search yielded 3.6 grams of methamphetamine, three mobile phones, and a two-wheeler. All four suspects are currently in police custody.
