**Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh –** The Board of Intermediate Education, Andhra Pradesh (BIEAP) announced record-high pass percentages for the 2025 AP Inter 1st and 2nd-year exams, marking the best results in ten years. A remarkable 70% of first-year students and 83% of second-year students passed their examinations. Girls significantly outperformed boys in both years, achieving 75% and 86% pass rates respectively, compared to 66% and 80% for boys.

A total of 525,848 students cleared the first-year exams, and 491,254 succeeded in the second year. Krishna district led the state with the highest pass percentages, achieving 85% in the first year and 93% in the second.

Students who failed can take supplementary exams from May 12th to 20th, conducted in two shifts (9 am-12 pm and 2:30 pm-5:30 pm). Those dissatisfied with their marks can apply for recounting or revaluation from April 13th to 22nd. Supplementary practical examinations (IPASE) will be held from May 28th to June 1st at district headquarters, with fee payments accepted from April 15th to 22nd.
