**Varanasi, India** – Prime Minister Narendra Modi today inaugurated 44 development projects worth ₹3,880 crore in his parliamentary constituency of Varanasi, sharply criticizing opposition parties for prioritizing family interests over national development.

Addressing a gathering, Modi contrasted his government’s “Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas” (Development for all, with everyone’s participation) approach with what he termed the opposition’s “parivar ka saath, parivar ka vikas” (family support, family development) strategy. He accused opposition parties of engaging in “political games day and night” solely to gain power, neglecting the nation’s interests.

The projects inaugurated include significant investments in rural development, encompassing 130 drinking water projects, 100 new anganwadi centers (child care centers), 356 libraries, a polytechnic college, a government degree college, a transit hostel at the police lines, and four rural roads. Modi highlighted the transformation of Varanasi, particularly in healthcare, stating that the city is becoming a health capital. He also emphasized the synergy between development and heritage preservation in Varanasi, portraying it as a model for the nation.

Looking to the future, Modi reiterated his government’s commitment to securing the 2036 Olympics for India. The event was attended by Uttar Pradesh Governor Anandiben Patel and Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath.
