Police recovered 36 stolen motorcycles, valued at approximately ₹25 lakh, from the suspects. The accused, identified as Putta Siva Sankar (34), Peeta Naga Babu (32), and Deepala Teja Venkata Siva Naga Vijaya Kumar (33), allegedly used duplicate keys to target motorcycles parked at railway stations, bus stands, and cinemas.

The stolen vehicles were hidden in rural areas and linked to at least 17 cases across multiple Andhra Pradesh districts (Bapatla, Guntur, Nellore, Prakasam, Krishna, Kurnool, and East Godavari) and Telangana. The main suspect, Siva Sankar, a former auto driver with a prior theft record, reportedly met his accomplices at a cockfighting event.
