Sat Apr 05 18:24:02 UTC 2025: ## Teenagers Arrested for Gunpoint Robbery to Fund Manali Trip

**Delhi, India –** Delhi Police have arrested four teenagers and detained two minors for allegedly robbing a grocery store owner at gunpoint in Sultan Puri. The robbery, which occurred on Friday, involved seven to eight individuals who threatened the owner with a knife and gun before stealing cash and documents.

The suspects, all residents of Mangolpuri, planned the robbery to finance a trip to Manali, according to police. Multiple raids in Mangolpuri and Sultan Puri led to the arrests of Vikas (18), Harsh (18), Sourav alias Hagdipo (18), and Himesh (19). Two knives and some of the stolen cash were recovered.

One of the arrested teenagers, Vikas, has a previous attempt to murder charge against him. The arrests have also assisted in solving a separate case registered at Kanjhawala Police Station. The investigation continues to identify remaining suspects and recover the rest of the stolen property. Charges under the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and the Arms Act have been filed.
