Sat Apr 05 19:18:53 UTC 2025: ## TANGEDCO Addresses Thousands of Consumer Complaints in Statewide Camps

**Chennai, April 6, 2025** – The Tamil Nadu Generation and Distribution Corporation (TANGEDCO) successfully conducted statewide special camps on Saturday to address consumer complaints. From 11 a.m. to 5 p.m., camps across the state received a total of 11,022 petitions related to various electricity issues.

Complaints ranged from low voltage problems and faulty meters to damaged electrical poles. While many issues were resolved on the same day, TANGEDCO officials assured that remaining complaints will be addressed promptly. J. Radhakrishnan, chairman and managing director of TANGEDCO, personally visited a camp in Valluvarkottam to listen to consumer grievances.
