Sat Apr 05 02:10:00 UTC 2025: ## Telangana Board Ensures Fair Evaluation of Intermediate Exams

**Hyderabad, [Date of Publication]** – The Telangana Board of Intermediate Education (TGBIE) has taken stringent measures to ensure fair and transparent evaluation of answer scripts for the recent intermediate examinations. In a meeting held Wednesday, TGBIE secretary S. Krishna Aditya directed evaluation camp officers to maintain rigorous oversight of the assessment process.

Aditya emphasized the importance of accurate handling of barcodes, particularly those related to absentee students, malpractice cases, and OMR data discrepancies. He instructed scrutinisers and subject experts to meticulously monitor the evaluations, with zone officers and superintendents responsible for compiling accurate information. Any necessary corrections to nominal rolls must be completed during the evaluation period itself. Random barcode checks will be conducted by camp special officers to prevent errors.

The board has mandated the immediate updating of Part 3 of the evaluation process after verification at each camp. Finally, the Centre for Good Governance (CGG) will verify all compiled data before the results are released. The meeting was attended by Comptroller of Examinations Jayaprada Bai, along with deputy secretaries and superintendents. The board’s actions underscore its commitment to a fair and accurate assessment of student performance.
