**Hyderabad, India – April 5, 2025** – Good news for gold buyers! Gold and silver prices experienced significant drops in India today. The price of 10 grams of gold fell by ₹1,350, from ₹92,555 on Friday to ₹91,205 on Saturday. Similarly, the price of a kilogram of silver decreased by ₹5,055, dropping from ₹95,450 on Friday to ₹90,395 on Saturday. These prices reflect the early morning market opening and are subject to change throughout the day.
International markets also saw a decline in precious metal prices. The price of an ounce of gold fell by $59, from $3,097 on Friday to $3,038 on Saturday. The current price of an ounce of silver stands at $29.62.
In contrast, petrol and diesel prices remained stable in the Telugu states of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. In Hyderabad, petrol is priced at ₹107.45 per liter and diesel at ₹95.63 per liter. Visakhapatnam prices are slightly higher, with petrol at ₹108.27 and diesel at ₹96.16 per liter. Delhi’s prices are lower, at ₹94.76 for petrol and ₹87.66 for diesel.
