The FOX 29 Weather Authority predicts patchy thunderstorms will arrive between 2 a.m. and 3 a.m., with the heaviest downpours concentrated in Philadelphia and Delaware. While the risk of severe weather is low, forecasters warn of potential thunder and strong wind gusts.
