CHANDIGARH, INDIA – The Punjab School Education Board (PSEB) released the results for its Class 8 examinations today at 3:30 PM. Students can access their results online at pseb.ac.in using their roll number and date of birth. The results are also available via SMS and DigiLocker.

This year’s top performers, Puneet Verma and Navjot Kaur, each achieved a perfect score of 600 out of 600. A tie-breaker determined the ranking, with Puneet Verma securing first place. Another student, Navjot Kaur, secured the third position with 599 marks.

The exams were held from February 19th to March 7th, 2025. Students who did not achieve the minimum passing grade of 33% in each subject can apply for re-evaluation for a fee of ₹1,000 per answer sheet, with an additional ₹500 to view the evaluated answer sheet. Details regarding supplementary exams will be released later.

The PSEB website (pseb.ac.in) may experience high traffic delays; students are advised to use the SMS service as an alternative method to access their results. The online marksheet is provisional; students must collect their official mark sheets from their respective schools. The new academic session for PSEB schools begins April 1st, 2025, with revised school timings of 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
