**Chandigarh, [Date]** – A student of Panjab University (PU) in Chandigarh died following a violent clash at a music concert Friday night, sparking protests and outrage on campus Saturday. Aditya Thakur, a second-year teacher training student from Himachal Pradesh, succumbed to stab wounds sustained during a fight between two groups of students at a performance by Haryanvi singer Masoom Sharma.
Police reports indicate that the altercation involved multiple stabbings, leaving four students injured. Thakur was among those stabbed, with witnesses reporting injuries to his leg and stomach.
