**Los Angeles, CA** – Marvel Studios has announced a phenomenal ensemble cast for its upcoming blockbuster, “Avengers: Doomsday,” set to hit theaters May 1, 2026. The studio, using a creative reveal involving Robert Downey Jr. and a collection of empty chairs, confirmed a large portion of the lineup, hinting at further additions to come.
The film boasts a spectacular mix of returning and new faces. Returning favorites include Chris Hemsworth as Thor, Anthony Mackie as Captain America, Sebastian Stan as the Winter Soldier, Tom Hiddleston as Loki, and Robert Downey Jr. as the villainous Doctor Doom.
