**PATNA, March 30, 2025** – Professor Aditya Nigam’s *Aasmaan Aur Bhi Hain: Vaicharik Swaraj Ke Taqaze* and Hilal Ahmad’s *Allah Naam Ki Siyasat* have jointly won the 2025 Ramchandra Khan Social Science Award. The award, presented annually by the Patna-based Lok Darshan Nyas, recognizes original works in Hindi published between 2022 and 2024 within the social sciences field.

The selection committee, comprising Professors Yogendra Yadav, Manisha Priyam, Raj Kumar, and Manindra Nath Thakur, lauded both books for their “global intellectual quality, creative vision, and profound discourse,” anticipating a significant and lasting impact on Hindi social thought.

Each author will receive a cash prize of ₹1 lakh and a certificate of appreciation. The award ceremony will be held on April 5th in memory of Ramchandra Khan, a Gandhian thinker and the founder-president of Lok Darshan Nyas.
