**Bangkok, Thailand** – The condition of Russian rapper Pavel Ievlev, known professionally as Pasha Technik, has drastically worsened while hospitalized in Thailand. His manager, Mark, reported that the musician’s lungs have failed and he is experiencing heart complications. Ievlev is currently in critical condition and is on life support.

Due to his unstable condition, transporting him back to Russia is impossible. A fundraising effort has already collected approximately 4.5 million rubles (roughly $58,000 USD) of the 9 million rubles ($115,000 USD) needed for his treatment, which includes stabilizing his condition and preparing for a complex surgery. Details of the surgery will be released after further examinations. The official hospital bill is pending.

Mark stated that the team will not be releasing photos of Ievlev’s current state. He is cutting short his tour and will fly to Thailand on Tuesday to oversee his care and investigate the circumstances leading to the crisis. A charity livestream featuring Pasha Technik and fellow rapper Lesha Metox is scheduled for March 31st to further raise funds.
