ORLANDO, FL – Collingswood, New Jersey resident Finn Sullivan is among a select group of students experiencing the magic of Disney Dreamers Academy this week at Walt Disney World. Now in its 18th year, the all-expenses-paid program provides a five-day educational and inspirational experience for students who are already making a difference in their communities.

Sullivan, a senior at Collingswood High School, participated in a Magic Kingdom parade, an experience he described as incredibly exciting and unexpected. The program offers career exploration opportunities within Disney and beyond, helping students realize their potential.

This year’s academy features mentorship from Disney leaders and celebrities, including actor Tyler James Williams of ABC’s “Abbott Elementary.” Williams, who spoke to the students, emphasized the importance of staying true to oneself and pursuing one’s passions. He shared that he was inspired by the students’ dedication and drive.

Sullivan, who aspires to be an elementary school music teacher, highlighted the importance of inclusivity in education. He believes that creating an inclusive environment empowers students and helps them reach their full potential.

Over 1,700 students have participated in the Disney Dreamers Academy since its inception. Walt Disney World Ambassador Shannon Smith-Conrad emphasized the program’s goal of transforming dreamers into future leaders.
