HYDERABAD, March 24, 2025 – The Telugu film industry is poised for a busy summer, starting with a crowded Ugadi weekend (March 27-30). Three major Telugu releases are vying for box office dominance: *MAD Square*, a comedy sequel starring Sangeeth Shobhan, Nithin Narne, Ram Nithin, and Vishnu Oi; *Robinhood*, a modern Robin Hood-style film featuring Nithiin, Sreeleela, and cricketer David Warner; and *28 Degree Celsius*, directed by Anil Vishwanath. Adding to the competition is the Telugu dubbed version of the Malayalam film *L2: Empuraan*.

This year’s summer release slate marks a significant contrast to the box office lull experienced in summer 2024 due to the election season.
