**VISAKHAPATNAM, March 19, 2025** – Amidst rumors of a no-confidence motion against the Greater Visakhapatnam Municipal Council (GVMC), YSR Congress Party (YSRCP) corporators held a meeting Tuesday to reaffirm their loyalty. Led by Uttarandhra region coordinator K. Kannababu, the meeting followed allegations that the Telugu Desam Party (TDP) was attempting to sway YSRCP members through intimidation and offers of support.
Kannababu accused the NDA of orchestrating a conspiracy, claiming that some YSRCP corporators reported receiving threats. He further stated that the TDP’s involvement in such political maneuvers is well-known. The YSRCP corporators, however, pledged unwavering support for party president Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy, stating they would not be swayed by pressure.
