**New York, NY** – The New York Rangers announced today that they have signed forward Noah Laba to a two-year entry-level contract, effective with the 2025-26 season. The 21-year-old, a fourth-round pick in the 2022 NHL Entry Draft, will join the AHL’s Hartford Wolf Pack on an amateur tryout (ATO) for the remainder of the current season.

Laba, a standout at Colorado College, impressed with his offensive and defensive contributions this season. In 29 games, he tallied 26 points (10 goals, 16 assists), leading his team in plus/minus (+10) and ranking among the NCHC’s top performers in faceoff win percentage. His collegiate career highlights include a 2023-24 season where he led Colorado College in goals and points, as well as being named NCHC Defensive Player of the Year and a CCM/AHCA Division I Second Team All-American. He also boasts an impressive academic record, earning a spot on the 2024-25 Academic All-Conference Team.

Before his collegiate success, Laba played two seasons in the USHL with the Lincoln Stars. The Rangers organization views Laba as a promising prospect with a strong future in the NHL. His ATO with the Wolf Pack will provide valuable experience as he transitions to the professional level.
