**MINNEAPOLIS, MN** – A heated third-quarter altercation between Indiana Pacers guard Andrew Nembhard and Minnesota Timberwolves center Rudy Gobert resulted in the ejection of both players from Monday night’s game. The incident began when Nembhard accidentally fouled Timberwolves guard Mike Conley while driving to the basket. Gobert then reacted by throwing his shoulder into Nembhard, drawing a foul. Nembhard responded by throwing the ball at Gobert and advancing towards him, escalating the situation.
After a review by officials, Gobert was assessed a Flagrant foul 2, automatically resulting in his ejection.
