**Hyderabad, March 17, 2025** – The Telangana government today launched its ambitious Rajiv Yuva Vikasam scheme, offering financial assistance of up to ₹3 lakh to unemployed youth from Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, Backward Classes, and minority communities. The scheme, part of a ₹6,000 crore youth empowerment initiative, aims to foster self-employment and economic independence.

Applications opened online today, March 17th, and will close on April 5th, 2025. No late submissions will be accepted. The scheme provides tiered subsidies, covering 70% of loans between ₹1-2 lakh and 60% (₹1.8 lakh) of a ₹3 lakh loan. Beneficiaries are responsible for the remaining amount, which can be secured through savings or bank loans. Importantly, no collateral is required.
