**Hyderabad, March 17, 2024** – The Telangana state government launched the Rajeev Yuva Vikasam scheme today, offering unemployed youth loans of up to ₹3 lakh for self-employment ventures. The scheme, open for applications until April 5th, aims to provide financial assistance to 500,000 individuals, with a total allocation of ₹6,000 crore.

Eligible applicants, including those from SC, ST, BC, and minority communities, can apply online at htps://tgobmms.cgg.gov.in. Loans range from ₹1 lakh to ₹3 lakh, with a substantial subsidy ranging from 60% to 80% depending on the loan amount. A loan of ₹1 lakh will receive an 80% subsidy, ₹2 lakh will get 70%, and ₹3 lakh will receive a 60% subsidy.

The government will select beneficiaries through a three-stage process, with final selection and loan disbursement planned around Telangana Formation Day. Applicant screening will take place from April 6th to May 31st. Further details can be obtained from welfare offices or Integrated Tribal Development Agencies (ITDA) for SC applicants.
