**KOCHI, March 17, 2025** – A permanent adalat (public grievance redressal forum) was inaugurated in Kochi on Sunday to address citizen complaints regarding municipal services. The initiative, a joint effort by the Kochi Corporation, the Kerala State Legal Services Authority (KELSA), and the District Legal Services Authority (DLSA), was launched by State Minister for Law and Industries, P.
