**Kozhikode, Kerala – March 17, 2025** – Fifteen passengers were injured when a Kerala State Road Transport Corporation (KSRTC) Super Fast bus overturned on Sunday night. The accident occurred around 11:30 p.m. near Mukkom in Kozhikode district, as the bus, traveling from Idukki to Koombara, attempted to overtake a car, according to police sources. Authorities suspect a speed limit violation in an accident-prone area contributed to the incident. While none of the injuries are considered life-threatening, approximately 15 of the bus’s 20 passengers were admitted to a private medical college hospital in Mukkom for treatment.
