**ELKINS, WV** – Sandra Kay Murray, an 82-year-old woman who was the subject of a statewide Silver Alert, has been located safe and sound, West Virginia State Police announced this afternoon. Murray, who suffers from a heart condition, hearing impairment, and possible dementia, had been missing since Saturday.
She was last seen at a Sheetz convenience store in Elkins on March 11th and was believed to be traveling south on Route 250 in Beverly in her 2013 white Buick Lacrosse (WV license plate #9WK516). Police had expressed concern for her well-being due to her medical conditions and the uncertainty surrounding her whereabouts.
Authorities had urged anyone with information to contact the West Virginia State Police at 304-367-2850 or 911. No further details regarding her recovery have been released.
