Thu Mar 13 03:20:00 UTC 2025: ## USMNT Unveils Roster for Concacaf Nations League Title Defense
**LOS ANGELES, CA – March 11, 2025** – Head coach Mauricio Pochettino has announced the 23-man roster for the US Men’s National Team (USMNT) as they aim for a record-breaking fourth consecutive Concacaf Nations League (CNL) title. The team, boasting a mix of veteran stars and rising talent, will face Panama in the semifinals on March 20th at SoFi Stadium in Los Angeles.
The match kicks off at 7 p.m. ET (4 p.m. PT) and will be broadcast live on Paramount+ and Univision. Fans can also follow the action on the USMNT’s social media channels. The other semifinal pits Mexico against Canada. The winners will clash in the final on March 23rd.
Pochettino expressed his confidence in the squad, emphasizing their commitment to securing the trophy. “This is a massive opportunity to win a trophy, and that is our clear objective,” he stated. “We must continue to show our quality, our bravery, and our commitment to each other.”
The roster includes a strong contingent of European-based players, alongside several MLS stars who impressed during the January camp. Notably, six players – Weston McKennie, Yunus Musah, Christian Pulisic, Gio Reyna, Antonee Robinson, and Tim Weah – have participated in all three previous CNL Finals tournaments. Furthermore, six players from last year’s CNL Finals Best XI are included, including Best Player Gio Reyna and Best Goalkeeper Matt Turner. Three players will be making their competitive USMNT debuts: Patrick Agyemang, Diego Luna, and Brian White.
The USMNT holds a dominant record against Panama, boasting an 18-3-7 advantage in their 28 meetings since 2004. However, Panama has proven a recent challenge, winning two of their last three encounters. This semifinal clash marks the 29th overall meeting between the two nations.
The Concacaf Nations League, now in its revamped format, aims to provide more competitive matches for all member associations. The USMNT’s quest for a fourth consecutive title begins on March 20th, as they seek to continue their reign as the only team to ever win the CNL championship.
