LOS ANGELES – A star-studded new comedy is heading to Hulu. “Mid-Century Modern,” from the creators of “Will & Grace,” premieres March 28th and features an all-star cast led by Nathan Lane, Matt Bomer, and Nathan Lee Graham as three gay best friends navigating life’s ups and downs in Palm Springs.
Following an unexpected death, the trio – one of whom is played by Lane and lives with his mother (the late Linda Lavin) – decides to pool their resources and live together in their golden years. The series promises a hilarious look at friendship, love, and aging, with plenty of witty banter and unexpected twists.
The show boasts an impressive guest star lineup including Pamela Adlon, Vanessa Bayer, Jesse Tyler Ferguson, and Rhea Perlman, among many others. Lane and Bomer also serve as executive producers alongside Max Mutchnick, David Kohan, Ryan Murphy, and James Burrows, who also directs.
“Mid-Century Modern” is sure to be a hit for Hulu, offering a fresh and funny take on friendship and aging with a stellar cast delivering the laughs.
