Wed Mar 12 11:25:11 UTC 2025: ## Missing Chennai Boy Found Dead in Well

**Chennai, March 12, 2025** – A 14-year-old boy, N. Paramasivam, who went missing last week, was found dead in an open well in Nandambakkam on Wednesday. Paramasivam, a Class 9 student, was last seen leaving his home in Jafferkhandpet on March 8th to go to a nearby shop. When he didn’t return, his father filed a missing person’s report with the MGR Nagar police station.

The boy’s body was discovered in a Defence department well near the Pandimuneeswarar temple in Nandambakkam. Police and fire and rescue services recovered the body and confirmed his identity. The body has been sent to K.K. Nagar ESI Hospital for a post-mortem examination. The Nandambakkam police are investigating the circumstances surrounding his death.
