**Hyderabad, March 12, 2025** – The Telangana High Court on Tuesday ordered the Public Prosecutor for Home to file a counter-affidavit in a case against Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy. The case, filed by Mr. Reddy himself, seeks to quash criminal charges related to unauthorized drone usage.

The charges stem from an incident when Mr. Reddy, then a Member of Parliament, allegedly flew a drone over a farmhouse reportedly belonging to BRS working president and MLA K.T. Rama Rao. Following his arrest and imprisonment by Narsingi police, two criminal cases were filed.

Mr. Reddy’s legal counsel argued that the charges do not meet the criteria of the invoked sections of law. The High Court adjourned the hearing until March 19th.
