**Hyderabad, India – March 11, 2025** – Rajiv Gandhi International Airport (RGIA) in Hyderabad has received top honors, being named the “Best Airport in the 15 to 25 Million Passengers Per Annum (MPPA)” category in the Asia-Pacific region for 2024. The award was presented by the Airports Council International (ACI) based on its annual Airport Service Quality (ASQ) survey.

The ASQ survey, a globally recognized benchmark for airport service quality, assesses passenger satisfaction across over 400 airports worldwide using over 30 key performance indicators. These indicators cover various aspects of the passenger experience, including check-in efficiency, security processes, and overall airport atmosphere. Passenger feedback is collected in real-time.
