Mon Mar 10 23:40:00 UTC 2025: ## Cowboys Make Moves in Early Free Agency

**Dallas, TX** – The Dallas Cowboys have been busy in the opening stages of NFL free agency. The team has secured several key players while also seeing some departures.

The Cowboys agreed to terms with their first external free agent, adding former Denver Broncos running back Javonte Williams to their roster. They also showed commitment to their special teams unit by extending the contract of veteran long snapper Trent Sieg. Furthermore, all three of their exclusive rights free agents – Juanyeh Thomas, Brock Hoffman, and an unnamed third player – have been re-signed. Hoffman will provide additional depth and versatility to the offensive line.

However, the Cowboys will be without one of their defensive leaders, as cornerback Jourdan Lewis has signed with the Jacksonville Jaguars. Two other unnamed Cowboys players are also expected to sign elsewhere in 2025. The team has not yet announced the full details of the contracts signed.
