Fri Mar 07 14:30:00 UTC 2025: ## Kerala Blasters Aim for Victory Against Mumbai City FC in Crucial ISL Match
**Kochi, March 7, 2025:** Kerala Blasters face Mumbai City FC tonight in their final home match of the Indian Super League (ISL) season, needing a win to end the season on a positive note. While a playoff berth is out of reach for the Blasters, Mumbai City, currently 7th with 33 points from 22 games, only needs a single point to secure their playoff spot. Odish FC, holding the same points, have already completed 24 matches.
The match, kicking off at 7:30 PM at the Kalur Nehru Stadium, will be televised live on Star Sports 3 and streamed on Jio Hotstar. Kerala Blasters will also play an away match against Hyderabad FC on March 12th.
Blasters’ striker Jesuh Himane and goalkeeper Sachin Suresh will miss the match due to injuries, while winger Noh Sadaoui is expected to play. Coach T.G. Purushothaman expressed his team’s desire to win their remaining matches and conclude the season positively. Despite a relatively good goal-scoring record, the team’s defensive frailties, having conceded 36 goals this season, have hampered their overall performance. Currently, Kerala Blasters are in 10th place with 25 points from 22 matches.
