NEW DELHI, March 5, 2024 – The Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) has announced the recruitment of 1161 constables and tradesmen. Applications opened today, March 5th, and will close on April 3rd. Interested candidates can apply online through the official website: cisfrectt.cisf.gov.in.

The recruitment drive seeks to fill vacancies across various trades, including skilled trades (barber, bootmaker, tailor, cook, carpenter, gardener, painter, charge mechanic, washerman, welder, electrician, and motor pump attendant) and unskilled trades (sweeper). Candidates with Industrial Training Institute (ITI) training will be given preference.

Applicants must have passed the 10th standard from a recognized board. The age limit is 18-23 years as of August 1st, 2025, with relaxation for reserved categories.
