**Mumbai, India – February 28, 2025** – Xiaomi has launched its highly anticipated Xiaomi 15 and Xiaomi 15 Ultra smartphones globally. The devices, showcased at a Barcelona event, boast cutting-edge camera technology, AI-powered features, and powerful performance. Both phones run on Xiaomi’s HyperOS 2 and are powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset.

The Xiaomi 15 Ultra, with its Leica-inspired design, features a 6.73-inch WQHD+ AMOLED display and a quad-camera system including a 50MP 1-inch Sony sensor and various telephoto lenses. It supports advanced video recording capabilities and boasts a 5410mAh battery with fast wired and wireless charging.

The standard Xiaomi 15 offers a slightly smaller 6.36-inch AMOLED display and a triple-camera setup, while still maintaining high-performance specifications.

European pricing starts at EUR 999 for the Xiaomi 15 and EUR 1499 for the Xiaomi 15 Ultra. A photography kit is also available for the Ultra model.

Indian pricing and availability will be announced on March 11, 2025. The launch will see the introduction of the devices to the Indian market and a focus on their AI features like AI Writing, AI Speech Recognition, and AI Image Enhancement, in addition to Xiaomi’s HyperConnect file transfer technology.
