Sun Mar 02 21:40:00 UTC 2025: ## Netflix’s Cancelled “Kaos” Was Actually a Hit, Figures Reveal

**London, UK** – Despite its cancellation last October, Netflix’s Greek mythology series “Kaos” has been revealed as the streamer’s most-watched cancelled show of the second half of 2024, attracting 20.3 million views. The news comes as a surprise to fans who were disappointed by Netflix’s decision to pull the plug.

Initial viewership figures were strong, with 3.4 million views in the first two days and 5.9 million in the first week. However, viewership tapered off significantly in subsequent months, reaching only an additional 11 million views over the next five and a half months. This pales in comparison to other Netflix series launched during the same period that were renewed, including “Nobody Wants This” (56.8 million views), “Black Doves” (38.8 million), and “Supacell” (34.5 million).

Creator Charlie Covell, known for “The End of the F***ing World,” had envisioned a three-season arc for “Kaos,” expressing disappointment at the cancellation but also gratitude for the positive fan response. Covell noted the enthusiastic fan engagement, highlighting the detailed analysis and appreciation shown online. While acknowledging the cancellation, Covell remains proud of the show and the work of its cast and crew. “Kaos” remains available for streaming on Netflix.
