Mon Mar 03 13:44:59 UTC 2025: ## Local Businesswomen Appointed to Lead CII-IWN Erode Zone

**Erode, Tamil Nadu, March 3, 2025** – Subasri Sriram and Gomathi Srikalyan have been appointed convenor and co-convenor, respectively, of the Confederation of Indian Industry – Indian Women Network (CII-IWN) Erode Zone for 2025. The announcement was made by Kiruthika Shivkumar, Chairwoman of IWN Tamil Nadu, at a recent swearing-in ceremony.

Sriram, an MBA graduate with 20 years of international business experience, is the director of De Flavours Cakes and Pastries. She is also an active member of several organizations including Rotary, Inner Wheel, and BNI, and has a passion for public speaking and documentary writing.

Srikalyan, who holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science, is the founder of Firstin, a baby clothing brand. With a strong background in export marketing and a history of involvement in the textile industry since 2007, she recently served as the regional mentor for Young Indians (Yi) Tamil Nadu and chaired the Young Indians Erode Chapter in 2023. She continues to mentor entrepreneurs and participate in various business and community initiatives.
