**Belagavi, March 3, 2025** – KLS Institute of Management Education and Research (IMER) in Belagavi held its third graduation ceremony on Saturday, awarding provisional MBA certificates to 111 students. Top performers Vrushali Bhatkande (gold), Sulay Punajiche (silver), and Raksha Pandey (bronze) received medals.

The keynote address was delivered by Ajit Parulekar, Director of Goa Institute of Management, who emphasized the importance of alma mater, technological innovation, and fulfilling parental aspirations. Chief guest C.M. Thyagaraja, Vice-Chancellor of Rani Channamma University, urged graduates to maintain integrity and professionalism. KLS president Anant Mandgi also spoke, stressing the importance of professional ethics and loyalty to one’s alma mater. The ceremony included an academic procession and presentations by college officials.
