Sun Mar 02 22:10:00 UTC 2025: **Madhya Pradesh to Experience Variable March Weather: Heatwaves, Rain Predicted**

Bhopal, MP – Madhya Pradesh is expected to experience fluctuating weather conditions throughout March, according to the latest forecast. The interplay of western disturbances and shifting wind patterns will bring a mix of intense heat, heatwaves, cloudy spells, and light rain.

The first two weeks of March will see increased cloud cover, while the third and fourth weeks will likely see a combination of rain and heatwaves. Several divisions, including Indore, Ujjain, Gwalior, Chambal, Sagar, and Rewa, could experience heatwaves lasting 3-4 days.

April and May are predicted to be the hottest months, with temperatures potentially exceeding 45 degrees Celsius in districts across Gwalior, Chambal, Jabalpur, Rewa, Shahdol, and Sagar divisions.

A new western disturbance is expected to impact western-north India during the first three weeks of March, potentially bringing cloudy conditions and rainfall to parts of Indore, Gwalior, and Chambal. Currently, a low-pressure system is active over Rajasthan and Pakistan, influencing wind patterns. A trough extending from this low-pressure area reaches Maharashtra via Gujarat, maintaining southwesterly winds. Another western disturbance is expected to arrive in North India later in March, further increasing the likelihood of rain.
